Stand-alone UX case studies (self-initiated, not client work)
Uber Request-a-Ride UX Case Study
8 weeks, mobile app. Figma, Photoshop, Canva. Not commissioned by Uber. Analysed 590 Play Store reviews (04/2025 to 06/2025) and picked out five recurring problems: driver no-shows, surprise fares, poor support, payment errors and GPS accuracy. Built three personas and a user experience matrix, redesigned the flow for each problem, and tested the proposed solutions with users.
Gmail Mobile App Usability Case Study
4 weeks, native Android. Figma, Photoshop, Camtasia. Not commissioned by Google. Surveyed 20 Gmail Android users and read Play Store reviews (06/2024 to 09/2024) to find six pain points, including account switching, search filters and label management. Compared three competing apps, mapped a simplified user flow, moved from wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to high-fidelity prototypes, and tested with Gmail users.

UGC Admission Flow UX Case Study
6 weeks, web application. Figma, Google Forms, Typeform, Canva. Self-driven, not affiliated with the University Grants Commission. Ran online surveys and interviews with Advanced Level students, undergraduates, graduates and parents, used thematic analysis, and built three personas. Designed a Smart Program Finder flow, built a live demo in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, and tested the prototypes with students, graduates and parents.
